On-Site Chair Massage
Ask your employer or HR Manager about bringing chair massage into your office.
Many companies and state agencies in the Willamette Valley have started integrating chair massage into their health and wellness programs and understand the benefits it can bring into the workplace.
Not only is a chair massage a great way to spend 15 minutes of your busy day, but it will improve your mood and decrease overall muscle tension caused by long hours of standing, sitting, or working at a computer. Rates for chair massage are $1 per minute.
